02 / SUPPLY TO YOUR DESIGN
We coordinate manufacture and procurement to your approved drawings and specifications. Our team helps align dimensions, materials, upholstery and finishes across guest rooms and shared spaces.
Build an agreed package for bedrooms, suites, reception, restaurants and lounges. Alongside custom and freestanding furniture, the scope can include wall panels, lighting, curtains and blinds, rugs and carpets, bedding, bathroom fittings and guest-room accessories.
China Direct remains your point of contact for partner coordination, approvals, production follow-up, agreed inspections and shipment preparation.
OPTIONAL ON-SITE TEAM
A specialist team may be arranged by separate agreement. For each property, we first confirm with the factory whether an on-site visit is possible. The scope, schedule and travel arrangements are then agreed. Installation labour, flights and accommodation are quoted separately.
Client-supplied plans and measurements are the starting point. Share the property location, number of rooms, site readiness and target opening date. Final dimensions, installation responsibilities and any site checks are confirmed before production and travel.
The quotation defines design deliverables, supplied items, shipping arrangements and any installation work. Installation labour, flights and accommodation are calculated separately.
