We shortlist factories, compare quotations and coordinate dimensions, finishes and samples. The scope and payment schedule are agreed before ordering.
Coordinate production
We follow up with factories and report on progress. Any proposed changes are discussed before approval.
Check & consolidate
We check products against the agreed requirements and inspection scope, share photo and video reports, and coordinate consolidation and packing.
Arrange the shipment
We coordinate freight to the agreed destination. Your team handles Maldives import clearance; onward island delivery is arranged separately.

Can you work with different budgets?
Yes. We source from different manufacturers and compare options against your budget. We explain material and specification differences so you can make an informed choice.
Can you manufacture from our drawings?
We select factories that can produce to your approved drawings, dimensions, material requirements and finishes. Samples or a sample room can be discussed before a larger order.
What about humidity and outdoor use?
Tell us where each piece will be used: an air-conditioned room, covered terrace or exposed poolside area. We review material, hardware, upholstery and finish options with the factory for the intended use. Specifications and any testing requirements must be confirmed before production.
What are your minimum order and lead time?
They depend on the factory, product and degree of customization. Share your quantities and target opening date so we can check feasibility and prepare a production and freight schedule.
How do payment and contracting work?
We operate through GUANGZHOU MD IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD in China. Bank transfer and other agreed payment arrangements are discussed with the quotation. Currency, payment milestones and bank details are confirmed before payment.
Do you work with local contractors and procurement companies?
Yes. We can support your team with factory sourcing, production follow-up, agreed quality checks and consolidation in China. Your local team can manage the client, import clearance and site work.
